Ecuador elections 2017 in numbers. Quito, Ecuador. February 2017.

General elections were held in Ecuador on February 19, 2017 alongside a referendum on tax havens. Voters supposed to elect a new President and National Assembly. Incumbent President was not eligible for re-election, having served two terms. 
If no candidate secures more than 50 percent of the vote, or secures more than 40% of the vote and is at least 10% ahead of their nearest opponent, a runoff election will be held between the top two contenders on 2 April.
There is one presidential candidate from current regime and seven presidential candidates not affiliated with current regime.
Basically Ecuadorians choosing right now - to be(current regime) Cuba or Venezuela or not to be(changes).
As for February 21, at 7:40 a.m. in Quito we have results:
CNE 93,4% VOTOS ESCRUTADOS (counted votes)
CNE means Consejo Nacional Electoral
Presidential candidate from current regime has 39.18%
Seven presidential candidates not affiliated with current regime have: 
Total for seven candidates: 60.82%
