4th of July party and fireworks in Quito, July 2011.

4th of July party and fireworks in Quito, July 2011.
It was a success. There was a nice crowd of about 70, ranging from little children to tercera edad people. There were English-speaking, Spanish speaking, and in between (lol) people. The food, five preparations of meat, and several salads, was delicious.  Ambiance, camaraderie, and the vibe was cheerful and welcoming. We stayed overnight in one of the ten quest rooms and felt very comfortable.  The fireworks were spectacular, although, our dog Sashka didn't like them.  Shashka even found some friends (canine and human) to play with.
The setting was Hosteria Samzara. The owner is Pamela Watson, a very friendly and outgoing person. She also speaks five languages.
This place,Hosteria Samzara, is perfect for a formal gathering. They have several outdoor patios, green spaces, and inside halls for parties.  This hosteria is ideal for a big parties, like weddings.
